Josée-Anne - AKA - Jo

JP Home Watch was founded by Josée-Anne Adhiya, a French Canadian entrepreneur originally from the beautiful city of Québec. In 2016, she relocated to South Florida with her husband and their three children. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Josée-Anne brings a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and building meaningful relationships rooted in trust and care.

Servant leadership is central to her philosophy. With a serve-first mindset, she focuses on listening, supporting, and fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and service providers from the very beginning.

Josée-Anne’s interest in Home Watch developed after witnessing challenges faced by family and friends whose seasonal properties were left unoccupied for extended periods. In some cases, insurance claims were denied due to the length of vacancy and the absence of regular, documented observation. These experiences highlighted the importance of professional, scheduled visits focused on visual observation, documentation, and clear reporting, allowing homeowners to remain informed about the condition of their property while away.

After extensive research and ongoing professional training, Josée-Anne graduated from the Home Watch Training Program, and JP Home Watch was established to support homeowners through consistent visits, detailed reporting, and reliable communication.

Whether caring for modest homes, rental properties, condos, or luxury residences, Josée-Anne understands the importance each home holds for its owner and approaches every property with professionalism, respect, and attention to detail.

True Home Watch Professionals receive their initial instruction in the Home Watch Training Program, offered by the Home Watch Academy.
