JP Home Watch, Business Owner, Josée-Anne Adhiya,

French Canadian, from la belle ville de Québec. She moved with her husband and 3 kids to South Florida in 2016. She has over 20 years of Exceptional - Peace of Mind customer service. She understands that quality, reliability, caring and being helpful all mean building amazing relationships and equals retention. The concept of Servant Leadership is definitely her top priority. With her serve-first mindset, her clients and partners all feel valued from the start.

She started this Home Watch venture due to family and friends who had extreme damage to their second property here in South Florida and guess what? Insurance didn't cover their claims based on the fact that their homes were unoccupied for a long period of time. The properties were watched by a neighbor doing favors or a friend coming once a month.

Being the helpful mind she is, she thought there must be a way to help seasonal home owners while they are away from their home. After much research and extensive on-going training, Josée-Anne graduated from the Home Watch Training Program and JP Home Watch was born.
